At Xshades, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Xshades account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
